Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a long-standing business in Edinburgh, IN to help them hire a Sales Support professional to support their sales team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Sales Support professional to join our team. This position involves providing key support to our sales team and assisting with customer relations, research, and administrative tasks. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable in an office setting and eager to learn. This is an evaluation-to-hire position with the opportunity for long-term growth.
Core Duties include:
- Weekly updates of CRM software to maintain accurate records and tracking of sales activities
- Conduct research to identify key contacts and prospects using various search engines
- Provide post-contact follow-up support via phone calls or email to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist the salesperson during travel by managing call reports and sending important emails or presentations
- Provide customer support for products and services, as well as other assigned tasks
Pay/Benefits: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, with potential for full-time hire.
- $21/hr
- Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and more upon permanent hire.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, in office.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Researching mindset as well as strong soft skills and communication
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new skills quickly
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management and attention to detail
Preferred experience:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and some experience with CRM software
- Three years’ experience preferred
- Manufacturing Experience preferred
