Boiler Operators
Seymour Company is looking to add a boiler operator to their team.
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, likes to work on their own, and open to working in the weather.
Pay/Benefits:
- $15.50/hr
- $2.50/hr Attendance Bonus
- Insurance, 401K, PTO after hire on.
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Sunday – Thursday 2pm – 10pm
- 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 6am
- Some weekends are required.

Job Duties:
- In charge of keeping the furnaces running.
- Loading the boilers with wood.
- Managing the temperatures.
- Troubleshooting if needed.
Requirements:
- Must be ok working in the hot and cold.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Lots of twisting, turning, and squatting.
