Job Full Description
Field Service Technician:
- A leading manufacturer of exhaust after-treatment systems for high-horsepower engines is looking to add a Field Service Technician to their team!
- Responsible for preventive and reactive maintenance, system commissioning, and troubleshooting of emission control systems
- Perform emission testing, diagnose technical issues, and provide support to customers remotely and on-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance on emission control systems
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform emission testing
- Provide remote support and assist customers with spare parts identification
- Oversee system commissioning, coordinate with customer teams, and provide customer training
- Ensure operational readiness and customer satisfaction
- Promote products and services, maintain equipment, and submit accurate reports
- Travel up to 95% within the USA and occasionally internationally

Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel 80-95% of the time withing the USA and occasionally internationally
- Experience in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, or mechanics
- Experience with engine and/or aftertreatment systems preferred
- Proficiency in electrical systems, AC/DC circuits, and mechanical tasks
- Strong troubleshooting skills and MS Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license required
