Job Title: Mattress Packaging Specialist
Location: Elkhart, IN
Pay Rate: $24.20/hour
Schedule: Day Shift (Monday to Thursday, 06:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
Job Description: Read and understand the labeling process, maintain a neat and safe work environment, learn different mattress types and configurations, and box, label, and package mattresses.
Requirements: Good attendance, proficient with a tape measure, positive attitude, and willingness to work on various tasks.
Equipment Used: Specific machines for the process.
Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 pounds or up to 90 pounds as a team lift, perform physical tasks such as pushing and pulling mattresses in and out of packaging machines.
