Job Full Description
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. This role requires the ability to travel between our locations in the tri-state area as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee training sessions and workshops to promote professional development.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts.
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Travel to various locations within the tri-state area as needed to support HR activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required to different locations in the tri-state area.
