Customer Service Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and support a team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Proven professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in CRM software or customer support tools.
