Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and support a team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train and mentor customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in CRM software or customer support tools.
