We are helping a premier residential irrigation systems and commercial snow removal company find an Administrative Support Specialist.
This opportunity is a direct hire placement paying $55,000+ with excellent benefits

Your role as an Administrative Support Specialist will empower you to make thoughtful decisions that take care of both customers and the company.
What will you do as the Administrative Support Specialist?
- You will work with customers and subcontractors to provide residential irrigation and commercial snow removal services.
- Our client serves high-end clients. Professionalism and excellent customer service are expected and required.
- You will work in two software programs, so you need to be comfortable with variety and with accurate data entry.
- In addition, you will send and respond to emails from customers and subcontractors and pick up phone calls, so good written and verbal communications are required.
- Duties will include helping set up new contracts, contract renewals, invoicing, light collections and customer service.
- And as needed you will be the backup to reception.
What qualifications will you have as the Administrative Support Specialist?
- 3-5 years Administrative Support experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A pleasant phone voice.
- Tech savvy and able to work in multiple computer systems at the same time.
- A calm, professional demeanor.
