Job Title: CDL-A Driver/Yard Jockey/Material Handler
Location: Noblesville, IN
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Occasional Saturday overtime
Training will occur on 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A Driver/Yard Jockey/Material Handler to join our client’s team in Noblesville, IN. This role is ideal for individuals with prior CDL-A driving experience or those with 2-5 years of material handling experience looking to transition into a combined role. A strong safety and attendance record, along with the ability to work well in a small team environment, are essential. Responsibilities:
- Utilize sit-down forklifts to move materials around production lines
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers
- Move trailers around the facility, from dock to dock
- Support production operations as needed
- Lift, bend, and pick up 15-50 lbs.
- Read a ruler and use basic math skills
- Be computer savvy (paperless shop)

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Proficient in the operation of sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues efficiently
- Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of material handling
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve production goals
- Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks with other team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform physically demanding tasks
