***Minimum 3 years in CNC machining required***

Our client designs and builds new hot and cold chamber aluminum, zinc and magnesium dies used in die casting. The team is passionate about creating high-quality, unique products that meet their clients’ needs. You will be a key member of their team as they grow. 

Your responsibilities as the CNC Machinist:

• Utilize machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders with proficiency.
• Assemble and test various types of pumps, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret blueprints and design requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks to guarantee the accuracy and precision of machined parts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the machining or assembly process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient production.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic and advanced machining principles, including machining, turning, boring, honing, and polishing.

Your Qualifications for the CNC Machinist:

• Minimum 3 years in CNC machining required
• Milling experience is required
• Experience with Hurco CNC Controls is a plus.
• Ability to CAD Program is preferred
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
