Job Full Description
We are currently hiring Apartment Turn and Grounds Maintenance Technicians for a property management company in Carmel, IN. They need two people to help cover work across multiple properties. You will report to their property in Carmel at 126th and Keystone.
In this role, you'll need excellent attention to detail, a "can-do" attitude, flexibility, and the ability to follow work instructions. You also will need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and work indoors and outdoors. Prior maintenance and handyman experience is helpful but not required. Some of our best workers have had no experience - they showed up early, learned quickly, and helped wherever and whenever needed.
Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM—5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 Per Hour
What will you be doing as an Apartment Turn and Grounds Maintenance Technician?
- Apartment turn overs and make ready - minor repairs such as light fixtures/light bulbs, faucets, outlets, carpet, door trim, etc. NO painting or cleaning.
- Grounds maintenance such as pruning, weeding, picking up trash, arranging pool furniture, etc.
- Working indoors and outdoors
