Job Full Description
Our client in Tipton, IN has asked us to help them find a Logistics Coordinator to manage export shipments. In this role, you'll be the key link between production, sales, and shipping, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation of materials. And you will assist with domestic shipments as needed.
This is an Evaluation, Contract-to-Hire Job starting at $20.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What Will You Do as the Logistics Coordinator?
- Prepare shipping documents and schedule deliveries for export.
- Resolve issues with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Determine the best shipping methods and routes.
- Assist with material certifications and support your team.
What Qualifications Will You Need as the Logistics Coordinator?
- Prior logistics / supply chain management experience with a strong background in export shipping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience using UPS, FEDEx, and other websites for completing labels and scheduling pickups, etc.
- Familiarity with scanning/shipping software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED, with at least one year of related experience.
