Job Full Description
We have been asked by a Specialty Manufacturer in Noblesville, IN to help them find a CNC Lathe Machinist. The company is growing, and you will be a part of their growth. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines, as well as training other team members and ensuring the quality of finished products.
This job is evaluation, contract-to-hire paying $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.

What will you do as a CNC Lathe Machinist?
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines.
- Write and implement CNC programs.
- Load parts and ensure self-sufficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on lathe machines.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Act as a group leader and train other team members.
- Play a key role in the organization.
- Multi-task and prioritize as job activities will vary.
What qualifications will you have as a CNC Lathe Machinist?
- Experience in the metalworking industry, particularly in aircraft and metalworking.
- Ability to write and implement CNC programs.
- Experience with setting up and operating CNC lathe machines.
- Ability to load parts and work independently.
- Leadership skills to train and guide other team members.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
