Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Westfield, IN, is seeking skilled Laser and Brake Press Operators to join their growing team. If you take pride in your work and have the right experience and attitude, we want you to apply!
Location: Westfield, IN
Schedule:
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $16/hour plus a $100 Attendance Bonus paid weekly. If you earn the attendance bonus, your effective pay rate is $22.65 per hour.
What will you do as the Weekend Laser and Brake Press Operator:
- Operate laser cutting machines and brake press equipment
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications for the Weekend Laser and Brake Press Operator:
- Previous experience operating laser cutting machines and brake press equipment is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve walking, bending, and squatting
