Job Full Description

We have been asked by a Food Manufacturer in Westfield, IN to help them find a Fulfillment Associate. In this role, you will expertly manage the packing and shipping of Amazon FBA orders and provide support in packing Retail Master cases when necessary.

 

Pay/Salary: $17.00 Per Hour

 

Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM

What will you do as a Fulfillment Associate?

• Efficiently and accurately pack products for Amazon FBA orders.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for timely dispatch.
• Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are packed securely.
• Assist in packing Retail Master cases.
• Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and quality control in case packing.
• Follow standard operating procedures for various tasks in the production and shipping process.
• Lift and move boxes and products weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production and shipping process.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads to address any issues or challenges.

What qualifications will you have as a Fulfillment Associate?

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, pick/pack, or shipping is a plus but not required.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
