We are doing some exciting things with a Registered Investment Advisory Firm in Fishers who has asked us to help them find a Client Implementation Associate. Your enthusiasm and strong work ethic will thrive in our client’s customer-first environment.
This direct hire position is full-time, on-site, and pay is commensurate with experience - $22.00+ per hour.

What will you do as the Client Implementation Associate?
You will support the firm’s Client Implementation Coordinator and be responsible for executing securities trading, coordinating client money movement, managing account transfer and rollover processes, preparing account applications, and facilitating ongoing account maintenance. You will also support all advisors with various research projects and one-off assignments and perform general clerical duties for the office.
What qualifications will you have as the Client Implementation Associate?
You will be highly organized, with strong attention to detail, and excellent follow-up abilities. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience in the financial services industry (financial planning, banking, pension/benefits) is highly desired. You should have demonstrated ability to multi-task, be proactive, and work independently. You should have a professional demeanor, personal integrity, and collaborative attitude. You should be proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
