NOW HIRING – Welding Supervisor
We are looking to hire a Welding Supervisor in the Fort Wayne, IN area. Pay is $40k-$70k annually with 2nd Shift Available.
Responsibilities:
-Plan, staff, monitor, and safely deliver welding projects according to schedule and budget
-Identify, recommend, and implement changes to improve productivity and quality, reduce cost, decrease scrap and product work
-Managing inventory
-Ordering materials
-Increasing the efficiency of operations
-Scheduling production
-Have own welding gear
Skills:
-Proven working experience in relevant field
-Ability to work independently and remain motivated
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
-Consistent work history
