Are you ready to take on an exciting and challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for dedicated Foundry Process Operators to join our team in Bluffton, IN! If you’re looking to work with molten metal and help create high-quality products, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate with Precision – Load, melt, and transfer scrap and raw materials to achieve the correct product chemistry and meet production standards.

• Cast with Care – Transfer and cast molten metal to ensure that products meet customer specifications and expectations.

• Monitor & Adjust – Oversee the operation of saws and adjust settings as necessary to ensure continuous production flow and quality.

• Teamwork & Communication – Work closely with other operators to monitor the production cycle, ensuring the highest quality products are produced.

• Physical Requirements – Lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a physically demanding role. You must be comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced foundry environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a manufacturing or foundry setting is preferred, but not required

• Ability to work with molten metal and in a high-temperature environment

• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality control

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to workplace safety
