💰 Compensation: $18 - $25/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze Specifications: Review technical drawings and blueprints to understand part requirements and specifications.
• Set Up and Operate Machine Tools: Safely set up and operate various machine tools to fabricate and repair parts.
• Fit and Assemble Parts: Ensure precise fitting and assembly of parts, following strict tolerances and specifications.
• Design Jigs, Fixtures, and Templates: Create custom jigs, fixtures, and templates to assist in the production and assembly of tools and components.
• Create Dies and Molds: Design and fabricate dies, molds, and other tooling for production processes.
• Repair Tools and Dies: Maintain and repair tools, dies, and molds to ensure continued operation and quality.
• Prototype and Test Production Tools: Test prototypes and production tools to ensure they meet specifications and performance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of machine tools, tool design, and precision work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with creating and maintaining dies, molds, and other tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
