Are you an experienced technician ready to take on a new challenge? We are looking for a Senior Technician to join our team in Bluffton, IN! If you're passionate about ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and systems, we want you to be part of our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Collect & Analyze Samples – Gather, test, and analyze machine samples, interpreting the results to ensure optimal performance.

• System Maintenance – Inspect and maintain essential systems including coolant filters, washers, paint systems, and air handling systems to keep everything running smoothly.

• Equipment Upkeep – Properly maintain a variety of tools and utility equipment such as pumps, sumps suckers, coolant dispensers, and more, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.

• Physical Requirements – Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a technician or in a similar mechanical or systems maintenance role

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

• A proactive, safety-conscious approach to work

• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
