General Maintenance/Repairs - Special Project at East Indy Communities
Shift: day shift
Pay: $23/hr
Where: East side of Indianapolis
4 week project
Duties:
- general repairs inside of apartments
- basic electrical - replace lights/smoke detectors
- basic plumbing - fix dripping faucets
- basic carpentry - repair doors, drywall, paint
Qualifications:
- Basic maintenance work experience
- able to work independently or in a team
- reliable and good motivation to get projects done
- basic hand tools preferred
