Angela Siggers

Front Office Coordinator

Hello! I'm Angela, but most people call me Angee! I came to Express as a customer myself and was blessed enough to be able to call it my work home. I joined the team April 2022, and I love being the person who welcomes you when you come to visit. I have over 20yrs of customer service experience, and I aim to please. I am a mother of 2, with 3 grandbabies and 1 fur baby. I love music, movies and anything to do with arts, crafts and baking. I have a baking business on the side where I make custom cakes and pretty much anything sweet! When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my fiance and the rest of my family: watching movies, going to dinner or doing some kind of outing!

Jennifer Alley

Senior Employment Specialist

Jennifer joined Express as an Employment Specialist in 2005 and has been an integral part of helping to establish and grow the East side office ver since. Over the years, she has developed long-standing relationships with many of our clients. She's also helped train internal staff on the day-to-day processes. Jennifer has a bachelor's degree in psychology and is an active member of her local church, where she plays the piano and assists in management of the Praise and Worship team. "By working at Express, I feel that I'm making a difference in people's lives by opening opportunities for improvement every day."

Cherie Jordan

Employment Specialist

Cherie is originally from Michigan, but she moved to the Hoosier state in 2015. She's worked in the staffing world since 2003 in various roles. She joined the Express Indy East team in 2023, bringing a fresh perspective (and a number of stories only those of us in staffing would believe). Cherie's guilty pleasure is watching Reality TV. She enjoys a good movie, good food, a good nap, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Clint Walker

Employment Specialist

Clint joined the Express team in September 2022 as an Employment Specialist. Before that, he graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor's degree in English Education and spent 6 years as a middle school English teacher. Clint made the jump to Express because he wanted to really help people, not just nag kids to read 10 pages at home every day. A champion at showing up consistently for the team, Clint brings much needed levity to the office with his strong sense of humor. He also plays bass in a class rock cover band and is a Morley Pedals endorsed artist.

Ashley Sawyer

Employment Specialist (Office Services)

Ashely joined our team in 2022. She graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Liberal Arts. While she is not a boilermaker fan, she promises not to hold it against any job seekers! She has 20+ years of customer service experience. Ashley is passionate about people and helping them find the perfect job to fit their needs and wants. Her values perfectly align with our vision: To be the primary staffing resource in our community by placing the right people in the right jobs. When not working, Ashley enjoys reading and spending time with loved ones.

Alicia Ranney

Administrative & Payroll Manager

Alicia graduated from Purdue University with a major in Psychology, an on-purpose minor in Religious Studies and an accidental minor in English. She worked at the West side Express for 7.5 years before taking a break to spend time with her kids. She joined the Express Indy East team in May 2015. Operating more on the back end of the employment process, she uses her enthusiasm and people skills in her payroll and AR functions to bring employee and client satisfaction full-circle. She loves to sing VERY loudly (with 52-67% accuracy on lyrics) read anything fantasy/horror, write and make art.

Business Development Specialist

Elliot joined the Express team in 2023. He is a dedicated and passionate professional who thrives on making a positive impact within the community through the power of employment. He believes in connecting individuals with the right opportunities that align with their skills and experience. His vibrant energy and unwavering commitment make him a vital role in this process. When he is not playing match-maker to clients and associates, Elliot likes to spend time with his fiance exploring different restaurants, entertaining with friends, playing video games, and hanging out with his Rottweiler, Charlotte.

Scott Makinson

Franchisee

Scott and Emily Makinson took ownership of the Indianapolis East office in 2009. Under their leadership, this office has seen tremendous growth and an ever-expanding presence in the Indy East and Greenfield areas. Scott graduated from the University of Oregion (go, Ducks!), and Emily is a graduate of Indiana University (go, Hoosiers!). They met after being placed at the same company through a staffing agency. Emily is a cheerleader, giving praise and uplifting the team. Scott is a prankster, bringing levity and fun to the office. If you call Express and hear happy voices on the phone, it's owing to the Makinsons' continual efforts to support a healthy team atmosphere!
