Job Full Description
Are you looking for a temporary opportunity? Express is working with a company in the construction industry to hire a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. As of right now this position is set to last about 6 months.
Core Duties include:
- Matching, invoicing, and processing payments
- Handling utility bills, credit card bills, and landscaping invoices
- Managing non-PO, non-inventory, and freight invoices
- Matching up freight invoices to loads and processing payments
- Generating checks for signatures
- Emailing team for service approvals
- Investigating unpaid invoices
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge of MS Office
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Familiarity with accounts payable systems (e.g. Profit 21, Abacus, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Schedule:
Flexible schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm
