Job Full Description
The Specialized Recruiting Group at Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Senior Operator for a manufacturing company located in Johnson County.
Job Summary
- Train new Machine Operators
- Provide feedback, arrange schedules, and answer questions related to production.
- Oversee machinery and operator performance.
- Bring a hands-on approach daily.
- Operate machinery as needed.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning to equipment.
- Operate forklift to move materials.
- manage and update SOP's.
- Complete nightly reports and attend shift handoff meetings.
Schedule/Pay/Benefits:
- Monday - Friday, 11:30PM - 8AM, OT as needed.
- Evaluation-to-Hire
- $23.63
- Eligible for the following benefits upon hire:
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- Holiday pay

Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to climb stairs, bend, lift, stoop, twist
- Work from elevated platforms
- Team Lead experience preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing preferred
