Job Full Description
Construction Project Manager/Estimator- Hybrid
- This is a DIRECT HIRE Construction Project Manager opportunity for Mid-Size commercial Construction company based out of Indianapolis. They have been in business for 15 years.
- Participates in the pre-job planning process, establish goals and objectives for field operations and oversees planning and use of company resources
- Involved in estimating/budgeting/hard bids, and obtains permits and licenses.
- Coordinates and updates clients weekly and provides trouble shooting of construction problems
- Establish strategies and plans so that construction cost targets are met
- Oversees the terms of construction agreements
- Conducts job site progress meetings, subcontractor coordination and oversees job schedules as directed
Pay/Benefits:
- $85-$120k+ based upon experience

Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years experience in commercial construction Project Management with Estimating knowledge
- Proven ability to manage projects of various size and oversee their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management software (Procore or similar), Scheduling software (MS Project or similar), and Online Take-Off software (Bluebeam or similar)
- Thorough understanding of Architectural Blueprints
