Specialized Recruiting Group is partnering with a company that has a strong history of working in packaging.
We are looking for a Front Office Administrator Bookkeeper with strong experience in bookkeeping and customer service to manage the front office process invoices. This position will have a broad range of responsibilities and report directly to firm principals while providing support to all staff.
This is a full-time, in-office/in-person position.
Salary will be in the range of $20 to $26 per hour based on experience and capabilities.
Utilizing your arsenal of skills and talents, we will rely on you to:
- Manage a multi-line switchboard, directing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Greet visitors warmly, check them in, and notify the appropriate team member of their arrival.
- Maintain welcome monitors with visitor updates, announcements, and imaging.
- Handle customer billing, including invoicing via email and customer portals.
- Process A/R invoicing within the ERP system.
- Organize and maintain electronic records through accurate scanning and filing.
- Oversee the postage machine and coordinate mail distribution.
- Maintain front office equipment, including printers and supply orders.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative and accounting support to team members as necessary.
- Perform other clerical and office management tasks as assigned.
Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years in a front office, administrative, or receptionist role.
- Technical Skills: Strong data entry abilities; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Work Ethic: Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to quality work.
- Attitude: Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.

Experience:
QuickBooks or Previous ERP Invoicing is Preferred
Microsoft Office: (Required)
