Job Full Description
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile On-Site Drug Testing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting urine and saliva drug screens at various off-site locations, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to client locations with a driver to administer drug tests.
- Conduct urine and saliva drug screens following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and participants.
- Follow safety and compliance guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Clean driving record (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
