Job Title: Warehouse Lead in Training
Location: Lebanon
Pay: $20.50-21.50
Shifts:
6:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Sun, Mon, Tues.
6:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Thurs, Fri, Sat
6:00 PM - 5:30 AM Sun, Mon, Tues.
6:00 PM - 5:30 AM Thurs, Fri, Sat
Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and adaptable team members to step into a Lead in Training role. These individuals will primarily perform Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) distribution center duties while training for leadership responsibilities. They will cover for leads when they are out, support team members, and learn essential leadership skills. This role offers growth potential into a permanent Lead position.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Perform standard DTC warehouse tasks, including:
- Picking products for orders
- Packing and preparing shipments
- Assembling boxes and manifesting products
- Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
✅ Train for Lead responsibilities by:
- Learning and using the computer system
- Coaching and having tough conversations with associates
- Monitoring and discussing KPIs
- Delegating tasks and solving problems
- Assisting team members and answering questions
- Training and mentoring associates
✅ Step in for Leads when needed to maintain team efficiency
Requirements:
✔ Forklift experience required (Must be able to operate a cherry picker)
✔ Solid work history with a strong work ethic
✔ Comfortable having difficult coaching conversations
✔ Experience as a trainer, backup lead, or second-in-command
✔ Open to both leadership training and regular DC associate work
