David Trimbur - Director of Sales

David brings over 20 years of staffing experience to Express Employment Professionals. 

He started his career in staffing in 2004 and hasn't  looked back, taking on roles in new business development and operations. 

David lovesand appreciates the challenge of sales in the staffing industry.  Nothing satisfies him more than going through the process of identifying a company we want to work with, meeting with the prospect with the intention of earning their trust, earn the opportunity to transition that prospect to a client, and ultimately develop a client for life. 

It takes a TEAM to accomplish this task and he is excited to work with our Express team in Indy and Lebanon to grow our business. 

In his spare time,  he enjoys spending time outside with his family and coaching youth soccer at Hoosier FC.

Ronda Young - Payroll and Administration Manager

Ronda Young began her career with Express Employment Professionals in March 2003.

In her role as the Payroll and Administration Manager she is committed to an accurate weekly payroll and dedicated to resolving any issues that arise so that our employees are paid on time.   In addition, she manages our accounts receivables and workers compensation claims. 

While she loves working at Express, she also loves travel, go camping and spend time with family and friends.

Marnette Dicero - Senior Employment Specialist

Marnette Dicero has been part of the Express Employment Professionals team since 2021.

In her current role as Senior Employment Specialist she helps coach, mentor and train other Employment Specialists for both the Indianapolis West and Lebanon locations. 

Originally from California, she spent nearly two decades building a career in the grocery industry before transitioning to Express.

Marnette is a devoted wife and proud mom of two daughters who excel in sports, 4H, and FFA. When she's not cheering on her girls, she enjoys drag racing, crafting, and making the most of quality family time.

Lauren Weber - Employment Specialist

Lauren Weber is a passionate recruiter at Express Employment Professionals and Taylor Swift fan. She knows All Too Well the importance of finding the perfect match between candidates and employers. Lauren’s mission is to connect job seekers with opportunities that will make them feel like they've found their own Love Story in their careers.

Lauren’s colleagues know she’s got a Fearless approach to recruiting, from Sparks Fly moments with standout candidates to navigating even the most challenging placements. When she’s not busy helping people shake off career doubts, Lauren might be found jamming to Taylor Swift

Zumra Hosanovic - Employment Specialist

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Zumra graduated from Tennessee Wesleyan University in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and an emphasis in Human Resources.

After getting married and relocating to Indiana Zumra joined the Express team in March of 2023 as an Intake Specialist. Since that time she has moved into an Employment Specialist role, quickly becoming one of our top producers. 

Prior to Express,  Zumra worked as a plant administrative assistant within the Human Resources Department.

Her goal is to work hard and continuously help others succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, and watching movies.

Rachel Arens - Employment Specialist

Originally from Georgia, Rachel Arens has lived in various states across the U.S.., bringing a diverse perspective to her work.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on Business Administration and Sociology, combining a strong foundation in analytical thinking and a passion for people-focused work.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys an active lifestyle, regularly working out and spending quality time with friends and family. A lover of travel and new experiences, she also appreciates downtime through shopping and discovering new destinations.

Anna Mattingly - Employment Specialist

 Anna is Employment Specialist specializing in industrial staffing.

She joined the team in June of 2024, shortly after graduating with a degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Currently, Anna is focused on the initial stages of the recruitment process- screening and evaluating candidates for industrial roles that match their skills and aspirations. 

She enjoys  learning about each person’s strengths and experience to ensure we find the best fit for both our clients and the candidates we work with.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether it’s spending a weekend hiking at Indiana State parks, going to sporting events, or catching up over coffee.

Elizabeth Lozano - Senior Front Office Coordinator

Elizabeth started as an Intake Recruiter for Express 4/2019, however in the last few years Elizabeth has become the first impression of Express as our Senior Front Office Coordinator.  

She loves creating positive experiences  for our associates and helping make that process easy to complete. 

When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Arely Ortiz - Front Office Coordinator

Arely was born in Mexico and came to US in 2000 to be with family.

In her role as Front Office Coordinator, she is committed to making sure that the applicant or associates experience whether if be on the phone or in person is a positive one. Prior to  Express Arely was in customer service for a hotel for 5-6 years and helping her family with their concrete business. 

She loves spending quality time with loved ones including 5 dogs, and my plants. Arely loves to travel with her husband, trying new foods, and restaurants.
