Dave and Eunice Kehlor

Dave and Eunice Kehlor opened the first Express Employment Professional office in Indianapolis, IN in 1995.  From their early start, Express specialized in Light Industrial and Administrative staffing and grew to over $20 million in sales.  Through the years, Express has expanded both their product lines and locations.  Currently, Express Employment Professionals is the 3^rd largest staffing company in Indianapolis with five locations.

 Express services hundreds of clients on a weekly basis throughout the Indy Metro area.  Our focus is to provide excellent quality of personnel and excellent service to our clients and applicants.

 Dave and Eunice Kehlor own two of the five locations in Indy (Indy-West and Lebanon, IN).   The current Specialized Recruiting Group is located in the Express building at 6233 Corporate Drive.

 INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Dave has over 15 years experience in the staffing industry and has been an owner of Express his entire career.  Since 2004, Dave has been the Developer for Express in the Central Indiana region.

Samantha Beaster-Barnes

Samantha Beaster-Barnes is the Director of Operations and Partner at Express Employment Professionals, a role she assumed in January 2024.

In addition, Samantha is also a Developer Rep for Express in the Central Indiana region.  In this role, she can help mentor and coach other offices and help them succeed.

Samantha began her career with the company in 1998, shortly after earning her degree from Fresno State University.

Over the years, she has played a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and fostering company growth. Known for her strategic vision and dedication, Samantha continues to be instrumental in aligning operational processes with Express Employment Professionals’ long-term goals, ensuring optimal service delivery and a thriving workplace culture.

Diane Ebert

Diane joined Express Employment Professionals in 2017 as a Staffing Consultant and has since recruited for every business line within the company. In 2024, she achieved a longtime goal by becoming a partner—a testament to her dedication and deep appreciation for recruiting and the Express brand. As Director of Staffing for the Indianapolis and Lebanon offices, Diane leads a talented team of recruiters, and builds strong client relationships by understanding each client’s unique needs. She actively participates in recruitment and sales efforts to ensure that clients receive top-tier talent.

Outside of work, Diane loves spending quality time with her daughter, often playing dress-up, dancing, and singing together. She also enjoys relaxing with friends and family over a glass of wine or whiskey with her husband.
