Job Full Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate for a local furniture store. The ideal candidate will be passionate and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting furniture pieces.
- Provide product knowledge and design advice.
- Achieve sales targets and upsell products.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain store appearance and organize displays.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home decor.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move furniture items as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
