What You'll Do:

  • Welcome and verify visitors, connecting them with their contacts.
  • Manage room reservations and create daily schedules for conference room usage.
  • Prepare materials for events, including nametags, table tents, and door banners.
  • Distribute and collect surveys during customer visits and witness tests.
  • Assist with technology needs for presentations and digital signage.
  • Restock snack baskets and ensure guest areas are visitor-ready.
  • Maintain sign-out sheets for items like banners and steel-toe slip-ons.
  • Provide support in the Merchandise Center as needed.
  • Perform daily opening and closing tasks for the Welcome Center.
  • Handle other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Executive-level soft skills and a professional approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Professional attire is required on event days; business casual on non-event days.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hour
