Job Overview:

Operate and adjust Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to check the quality of machined components. Analyze CMM reports and communicate findings to supervisors for corrective action when needed.

Shift Times and Pay:

1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm, $21.98/hr
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm, $25.62/hr
3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 10:30pm-7:00am, $25.62/hr

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and adjust a variety of Coordinate Measuring Machines(CMM) to layout and check the quality of machined components
Perform CMM checks and analyze machined components at various stages of processing
Communicate results of the CMM reports to the machinist/supervisor for corrective action when needed

Requirements:

Experience in CNC and conventional machining operations, such as milling, drilling, boring, etc.
Knowledge and experience in computer controlled operations
Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to change
Knowledge and use of programming languages such as SPECTRUM and PC-DMIS is a big plus
