We’re looking for an Energy Efficiency Auditor & Quality Control Inspector to join a local team dedicated to helping communities thrive by providing energy efficiency services and resources to individuals and families.

 

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home energy assessments using advanced weatherization equipment.
• Ensure program compliance by achieving and maintaining certifications (Energy Auditor & Quality Control Inspector).
• Enter data and manage project details in our weatherization database.
• Communicate with program participants to schedule and conduct assessments.
• Stay updated on program changes, policies, and best practices.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Weatherization Program Coordinator.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (construction or HVAC experience preferred).
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changes.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and climb during home assessments.
• Regularly lift up to 75 pounds.
• Manual dexterity for operating equipment and tools.
