Express Employment is seeking an experienced Mechanic to join the local branch of a nationwide company. If you're a skilled mechanic with a passion for keeping vehicles and equipment running smoothly, we want to hear from you! Will also be operating a striper truck in this role.
Pay: Starting at $20/hour or higher (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently repair, service, and maintain diesel trucks, lifts, trailers, and small engines in the shop and in the field as needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a mechanic, particularly with diesel trucks and related equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
