Job Full Description
Job Summary:
- This position is responsible for verifying and keeping records on outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards:
- Print orders, organize, and arrange paperwork, allocate product and scan orders into system.
- Invoice and ship orders in system.
- Quote shipping rates.
- Help proof and check orders as loaded onto trailers.
- Assist with FedEx ground orders.
- Act as a direct point of contact with customers.
- Assist other office employees as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Location: Lebanon, IN
Position Type: Contract.
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
Pay: $19.00/hr.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One-year experience in a distribution or warehouse clerical role a plus..
- Ability to utilize company ERP system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
