Job Full Description
NOW HIRING – Supervisor
We are looking to hire a Supervisors in the Marion, IN area. Pay is $23 an hour with 2nd Shift Available.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for leading their team in achieving productivity goals while maintaining a positive work environment
-Review reports to determine daily department staffing levels
-Promotes and supports safety programs to reduce or eliminate employee injuries
-Plans daily production goals
-Maintains positive employee relations and records on a daily basis
-Conducts employee counseling, reviews, and evaluations
-Conducts weekly and monthly staffing meetings with Operations Managers
-Utilizes standard operating procedures to correct and coach associates
Skills:
-Proven working experience in relevant field
-Ability to work independently and remain motivated
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
-Consistent work history
