Job Full Description
NOW HIRING – Foundry Operator
We are looking to hire Foundry Operators in the Bluffton, IN area. Pay is $22 an hour with 2nd Shift Available.
Responsibilities:
-Load, melt, and transfer scrap and raw materials to achieve product chemistry
-Transfer and cast molten metal to meet customers expectations
-Monitor and adjust saws
-Interact with other operators during the production cycle to ensure quality products are made
-Lifting 50lbs
-Comfortable working in a hot environment
Skills:
-Proven working experience in relevant field
-Ability to work independently and remain motivated
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
-Consistent work history
