5:30am till 4:30pm Monday through Thursday

Job Purpose:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on production equipment, ensuring proper functioning and efficiency. Tasks include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- Upgrade equipment and manage package changeovers.
- Maintain clean work areas and document work completed.
- Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards.
- Work independently with limited supervision.
Qualifications:
- 18+ years old.
- Experience with mechanical systems (gearboxes, motors, bearings) and reading mechanical drawings.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with basic electrical systems (e.g., starters, relays).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, high-speed production, PLCs, or SERVO motors.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, 40-45 hours/week with occasional Friday work.
- Physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
