TOOL CRIB ATTENDANT

 

1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm EST

Pay: $20/hr.

 

Summary:  Provides support to the GHF maintenance staff with daily activities and administrative tasks.

 

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

 

  • Write purchase orders in our ERP system (E21) from documentation provided
  • Receiving purchase orders into E21
  • Stocking and distributing items
  • Monitor inventory levels of critical spare parts
  • Managing open orders and AP paperwork
  • Maintain and organize inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies for maintenance
  • Implement adequate tracking and organization of inventory
  • Perform general cleanup & clerical work for maintenance shop

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1 to 3 years of related experience desired.

 

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business documents.  Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.

 

Math Ability:

Ability to perform basic math functions – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division – along with moderate calculations and variables.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

 

 

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Outlook.

 

Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license
