1 - Front Office Coordination: Front Office and Intake Coordinator

  • Craft a warm and welcoming first impression for all inquiries, whether in-person, over the phone, or through electronic channels.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, efficiently handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked office environment.
  • Collaborate with the office team, providing support as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to Express Guidelines and all relevant Federal/State Legal Guidelines.

2- Intake and Onboarding: Front Office and Intake Coordinator

  • Utilize our proprietary software and social media accounts to manage applicant flow and support recruiting efforts.
  • Review applicant information and schedule interviews when appropriate.
  • Assist applicants with onboarding documents, background checks, and drug screenings.
  • Act as a backup for initial interviews when the Employment Specialist is occupied.
  • Engage in sourcing activities such as posting jobs online, conducting renewal calls, and implementing targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Willingness to take on other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Front Office and Intake Coordinator

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a personable and patient demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a multi-line phone system.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly dependable, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Enthusiasm for connecting with people and assisting them in their career journeys.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus.
