Warehouse Admin Job Description:

A leading provider of heavy equipment parts is looking for an administrative associate to oversee areas of the shipping process, customer inquiries, and processing of reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with sales regarding order changes or delays in shipping
  • Communicate customer problems, leads, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Hand out orders to the pickers and scan them in the system
  • Process open order reports

Schedule and Pay:

  • Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm 
  • $16.00/HR

Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in Excel and have basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior administrative experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
  • Drug test
  • Background check
