Assembler Job Description:
Express Employment is currently working with a premier manufacturer specializing in complex fabrication for heavy-duty machinery. As an assembler you will be responsible for using multiple tools to assemble parts, cleaning and quality control of parts, and shipment preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy
- Use pneumatic tools, including grinders, air ratchet, impact gun and rivet gun
- Steam clean pieces to ensure part is free from dirt and chips
- Dip parts into rust remover
- Oil parts prior to packaging
- Final inspection of parts
- Band work pieces and prepare for shipping
Schedule and Pay:
- Mon-Fri 3:30pm-11:30pm
- $17.40/hr

Requirements:
- Blueprint reading experience
- Knowledge of calipers and other measuring tools
- Good attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED
- Drug test
