Job Full Description
Machine Operator Job Description:
Express Employment is working with a front-runner in the distribution of coated and bare metal products to find their next experienced machine operator. Forklift experience is required as you will be moving material to the slitting machine.
Responsibilities:
- Use a forklift to pick up metal/steel rolls or heavy items of that nature.
- Take the material over to the slitting machine where it is cut to length (CTL) and in half per customer order.
Schedule and Pay:
- Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm
- $20-$22/hr

Requirements:
- Forklift experience with moving heavy material, not just boxes
- Steel background and slitting experience in the steel industry is preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
