Maintenance & Grounds for Local Apartment Complex
Hours: 8am-5pm M-F
Pay: $17-$19/Hour
Location: South Bend, IN
POSITION SUMMARY: Cleaning property grounds (lawncare, trash, curb appeal, basic pool cleaning & maintenance, etc.), Cleaning & gutting old apartments and flipping to new renovation model. This person may also assist with basic maintenance for current residents upon request.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Comfortable with basic hand tools & lawn equipment
- Customer service skills & positive attitude towards resident needs
- Verifiable work history with performance & attendance
- Likes to work outside!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Heavy Lifting (50lbs repetitively, some things require team lift)
- Lots of walking, standing, bending, stooping, twisting, crouching
