Location: Ashley, IN
Shift: Monday – Friday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Picker to assist with sorting materials and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities include:
- Sorting debris (rocks, paper, plastic) from crushed glass at a stationary table.
- Moving sorted glass bins with a pallet jack to the next building.
- Wrapping cooled glass and packing crates for shipping.
- Carefully loading crates onto forklifts for transportation.
- Training available for forklift operation.
Requirements:
- Ability to visually inspect and remove debris efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination.
- Comfortable working independently in a small team environment.
- Must be able to roll 50-75 lb barrels with assistance.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
- Must wear work boots for safety.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to glass materials.
- Can be cold in winter and hot in summer.
- Independent work with radio access.

- Forklift
- Salamander heater

- No bus line available.
