Production Associate
Location: Cromwell, IN
Pay: $14.50/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Production Associate with good dexterity to join a growing manufacturing team. This role involves assembling wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electromechanical components while operating specialized machinery. No prior experience is required—training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain wire processing equipment
- Assemble custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Follow blueprints and work instructions
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and dexterity
- Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable standing/sitting for extended periods
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required
