Production Associate
1st shift
Auburn, IN
We are partnering with a leading sealcoat manufacturing company, seeking Production Associates to assist in the manufacturing of eco-friendly asphalt emulsion sealcoat. This role involves operating machinery, handling raw materials, conducting quality control, and ensuring smooth production processes.
What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain production machinery
Blend and mix raw materials for sealcoat production
Load/unload materials and operate forklifts
Follow OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Conduct quality checks to ensure product consistency
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production preferred
Forklift certification a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork
Schedule & Hiring Process:
Shifts:
Full-time 8:30 AM – 6 PM, M-F, every other Sat 7 AM – 2 PM
Part-time 10 AM – 4 PM, M-F
