Job Full Description
Our client in Marion, IA is looking for a Residential Home Cleaner!
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, dishwashing, and laundry when needed.
- Use safe and effective cleaning products and techniques.
- Keep an eye out for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them as needed.
- Deliver top-notch service while maintaining a professional, friendly attitude with clients.
- Stay on schedule and manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Residential cleaning experience is REQUIRED
(Note: Hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience does not meet the criteria for this role.)
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Hours:
- 8am – 4pm
- Monday – Friday
Pay:
- $16/hour
- Pay will increase to $18/hour once hired on!
