Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Internal Business Developer/Outside Sales Rep!!!
Wage - $20-$25 & mileage reimbursement.

WE ARE SEEKING AN ENERGETIC AND RESULTS-DRIVEN INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CONSULTING AND STAFFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DRIVING SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES WITHIN OUR CONSULTING AND STAFFING SERVICES. YOUR EXPERTISE IN BUILDING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES, AND MATCHING CANDIDATES WITH CLIENT NEEDS WILL BE ESSENTIAL TO OUR COMPANY'S GROWTH AND SUCCESS
Responsibilities:

Business Development-Prospect and identify potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to expand our client base within the consulting and staffing sectors.

Client Relationship Building-Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored staffing solutions to address their challenges.

Negotiation-Negotiate terms of contracts, fees, and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and achieve revenue targets.

Market Trends-Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, business development, or staffing services, preferably in a consulting or recruitment capacity.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Results-driven attitude with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships and opportunities.

Ability to adapt to changing client needs and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Days: M-F

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
