Job Overview
Looking for Bilingual Spanish/English rental yard worker. With construction experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and organization of the rental yard, ensuring equipment is ready for rentals and in good condition. This includes cleaning, inspecting, and preparing equipment, as well as loading and unloading materials.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, inspecting, and preparing rental equipment for use, including washing, refueling, and ensuring safety checks are completed.
- Ensuring equipment is stored properly in the yard, organized, and accessible for rental purposes.
- Identifying and documenting any maintenance needs or damage to equipment and reporting them to supervisors.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the rental yard, including removing debris, sweeping, and organizing materials.
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials from trucks and trailers.
- Maintaining proper inventory control of equipment and supplies in the yard.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment and tools, Forklift, Backhoes, Cranes.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors for extended periods.
- Familiarity with power tools.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Day start as early as 6:30am
